Esophageal Dilation

This treatment is used to open a narrowed area of the esophagus, also known as the food pipe. Doctors use special balloons or dilators passed through an endoscope to gently stretch the narrowed section. It helps improve swallowing in patients with reflux-related narrowing, scarring, or certain swallowing disorders.
